The Dream
    Organizational Structure
    1. Full time staff
    2. At least 3 per Island – Exec D, Part Youth/Adult, Grant Writer
    3. Full functioning office and office staff

    5. On staff psychologists/Wellness able to work with youth, family and staff

    Revenue Generation
    1. Courses all year, couple on each island (16)
    2. Endowment Fund = physical plant, operational
